        • The candle must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
        • Returns must be initiated within 10-15 days of purchase.

        2. Non-Returnable Items

          • Customized or personalized candles (including engraved or custom scent selections).
          • Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts.

          3. Return Process

          • Approval & Instructions: Once your return request is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
